Poster Presentation Proposal Submission CLOSED
- Your poster should not exceed 36” X 60”.
- Drop your poster off by 8:30 am in room C123A in the C Building or check in with registration table. Thumb tacks/pushpins will be used on your poster.
- Your poster will be assigned a number, it should be placed in the upper left-hand corner of your display.
- Presenters should be available 3.15pm for attendee viewing, presentation and questions.
- Any additional handouts to compliment your poster will be your responsibility.
Tips
- Use easy to read fonts (Arial, Helvetica, etc.).
- Use a font size that can be read from a distance.
- Leave enough clear space in the borders, between sections, and between lines to make your poster more inviting and easy to digest.
