Poster Guidelines

Poster Presentation Proposal Submission CLOSED

• Your poster should not exceed 36” X 60”.
• Drop your poster off by 8:30 am in room C123A in the C Building or check in with registration table. Thumb tacks/pushpins will be used on your poster.
• Your poster will be assigned a number, it should be placed in the upper left-hand corner of your display.
• Presenters should be available 3.15pm for attendee viewing, presentation and questions.
• Any additional handouts to compliment your poster will be your responsibility.

Tips

• Use easy to read fonts (Arial, Helvetica, etc.).
• Use a font size that can be read from a distance.
• Leave enough clear space in the borders, between sections, and between lines to make your poster more inviting and easy to digest.
